How do I log in to the wholesale portal?
Use the email and password provided by RenMax. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page.
How do I reorder products from a previous order?
Go to Order History, find your order, and click the “Reorder” button. All items will be added to your cart.
How can I search for products by SKU?
Use the search bar at the top of the page or go to Quick Order to enter SKUs directly.
Do I pay online?
No. This portal only submits order requests. You will be invoiced separately via QuickBooks with Net-30 payment terms.
What are pack sizes and order increments?
Pack size indicates how many units come in a pack. Order increment means you must order in multiples of that number (e.g., 12, 24, 36).
Payment Information
This portal is for submitting order requests only. No payment is collected online. You will receive an invoice via QuickBooks with Net-30 payment terms after your order is processed.
